“The way we’re looking at it is we want to deliver the greatest community based game we can. So, being tied in with having the PS Plus edition allows us to deliver that content bang on day one with DriveClub,” explains Gouldstone. “It’s not going to be trimmed down in terms of features, the only thing that’s going to be reigned in is the amount of content delivered in the PS Plus edition. Meni je prav, glede na to da dobiš igro na launch day konzole. Samo naj potem zaračunajo neko normalno ceno za odklep avtov in prog.

Bolj ko gledam tale špil, bolj me vleče da razmišljam o nakupu. Rad imam NFS, ampak bi še vseeno rad poskusil nekaj novega in to Drive Club ponuja.

Driveclub’s PS4 frame rate

“There is a hell of a lot going on,” Perkins responds when asked if the team’s aiming for a firm 60 frames per second in the final version. “Increased visual fidelity does cost, there’s no argument about it. The PlayStation 4 is very capable of doing both but we’ve gone for a fully dynamic environment, so you can go any time of day, anywhere on the planet, and it’ll calculate the atmospheric density, whether you’re up the top of a mountain or at sea level.”

The game engine not only models these minute factors, but models them in incredible detail, and that puts strain on even the mighty PS4, Perkins continues: “So while we are aiming for sixty, there is always the chance that we’ll never quite reach there.”

“If I had my way, I’d rather have more stuff going on at a prettier level and a lower frame rate, but that’s where the arguments start. The coders would rather have a higher frame rate, and put less stuff in. So it comes down to Col [Rodgers, game director]‘s decision in the long run. Personally I’m quite happy with a 30 frames a second game, as long as it’s rock solid at thirty, and being an art director I want it to look beautiful.”

Primerjava s Forzo 5 bo zanimiva! Imam pa občutek, da bo Forza izgledala bolje, kljub temu, da bo imela 60FPS.

Kolikor sem videl in da ni samo multiplayer, me je tale igra zelo navdušila. Sploh ko sem videl lokacije ter sam gameplay. Malce bom še počakal, ampak najbrž jo bom prednaročil. Skratka iger ob launchu ne bo zmanjkalo .

Saj jo dobiš zastonj ob izidu PS4, plus verzijo mislim. Pa se potem odločiš za nakup.

Že, ampak zdaj ponujajo bonuse ob nakupu CD oz. Bluray verzije. Najbrž tega ne bo deležna samo ZDA ampak tudi Evropa, upam.

V ZDA imajo na voljo 3 unikatne avtomobile, možnost izbiranja med njimi + 3 mesece zastonj PS+ računa, če pa si že lastiš PS+ se ti bo le ta preprosto podaljšal.

Sam trenutno še oklevam, ampak zgolj zaradi tega, ker bi rad videl v kolikšni meri bo dodelan SP. Če ne bo prav obsežen oz. če bom videl da je igra v veliki meri bolj merjena na MP, potem najbrž zadeve ne bom kupil. Ampak že z vidika, ker ni to arkada, poleg drugih reči, kot NFS me matra.

EDIT: Pri shopto.net imajo ponudbo, če kupiš fizično kopijo igre, dobiš Special RUF RT12 R Pack (Porsche pač) ter kupon oz. kodo za 50% popust pri 12 mesečni naročnini na PS Plus.

Primerjava s Forzo 5 bo zanimiva! Imam pa občutek, da bo Forza izgledala bolje, kljub temu, da bo imela 60FPS.

Dinamično osvetljevanje (Forza ma vnaprej določeno) naredi Driveclub en nivo višje. Gamescon trailerji že kažejo ogromen napredek (samo poglejte detajle ob stezi, vegetacijo itd.), Evolution pa šopajo naprej, zdej majo cilj 60 fps.
