Activision has officially confirmed that Call of Duty 2015 is going to be "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" and it is coming from Treyarch.

Zaenkra je na voljo le teaser napovednik, več informacij pa bo znanih 26. aprila, ko je najavljena uradna predstavitev letošnje Call of Duty igre.

Some interesting details has also been leaked such as Call of Duty: Black Ops III will feature Wall Running and new "Specialist System".

From Destiny comes a class system that gives you choice of several characters archetypes with unique capabilities. In Black Ops III, they're called "Specialist". The game has nine specialist in total, each with two abilities, a special weapon and a move or a perk for a total of 18 choices.

You pick a specialist and one of their powers before every match, much like you choose you kill streaks and tweak your classes in the lobby during existing Call of Duty games.

• In Black Ops III, players can run along a wall, jetpack through the air, switch directions mid-jump and land with a lengthy power-slide. Chaining these maneuvers together becomes a game in and of itself.
  
  
• About Black Ops III Specialists System: There are 9 specialists total, each with 2 abilities, a special weapon and a move or other perk, for a total of 18 choices. Specialists has many forms, like a robot whose arm can transform into a gatling gun,or a futuristic hunter who can see through walls.

Hmm... Activision je potrdil da bo igra na voljo tudi za PlayStation 3 in Xbox 360. WiiU je seveda ponovno izvisel.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been designed to harness the full potential of the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. However, we know that there are still some fans that haven’t made the transition to the new console hardware, which is why we’re happy to share that we're working with developers Beenox and Mercenary Technology on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Xbox 360 and PS3 players will be able to experience Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s gameplay across campaign, multiplayer and zombies. While the teams are working to deliver the best possible experience for Xbox 360 and PS3, naturally there will be some differences across generations. For instance, the campaign mode on Xbox 360 and PS3 is currently in development with a goal of enabling two-player cooperative play, instead of the four-player cooperative campaign on next-gen. There will also be some other features and functionality built specifically for the new generation of consoles that cannot be supported on Xbox 360 and PS3. We'll be sharing more information regarding feature differences from one console generation to another later this year as launch on November 6 approaches. Also, it should be noted that there's no version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for Nintendo Wii U planned.

Malo čudno. Tokrat sta PS in Xbox zamenjala položaje. Tokrat bodo nove multiplayer mape prvotno izšle na PS in šele kasneje na Xbox.

DLCji za COD Black Ops III bodo na PS4 imeli časovno ekskluzivo 30 dni. Enako velja tudi za vse bodoče naslove.

PS4 owners will get the benefit of 30 days timed exclusivity on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC and it'll be the same for future games too.

VP of Publisher & Developer Relations at PlayStation Adam Boyes confirmed the news, meaning that the previous Xbox deal has now switched around to Sony's platform.

This exclusivity means Xbox and PC gamers will have to wait 30 days before getting hold of the DLC.
