Ne vem če imamo temo za letošnji E3, mislim da ne. Ker je do začetka še slaba dva tedna, konkretnejše informacije in potrjene rumorje pa lahko pričakujemo že kak dan prej, bi bilo prikladno, da se odpre tema za debato o dogodku.

Vsi najbrž veste, da E3 velja za največji igračarski sejem na svetu, potrošniki pa lahko ravno tukaj pričakujemo največ razkritij in novic o storitvah igrah, ki jih bomo igrali proti koncu letošnjega in v začetku naslednjega leta. Letošnja izvedba odpre vrata v torek, 5. junija in se zaključi dva dni kasneje, v četrtek, 7. junija.

UBISOFT® REVEALS E3 LINEUP FULL OF BLOCKBUSTER GAMES AND SURPRISES

London, UK - May 23, 2012 - Today, Ubisoft announced that it will kick off the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2012 with an invitation-only press conference at the Los Angeles Theater at 3 p.m. PDT, June 4. The best questions will be selected by one of the guest hosts and asked live during the press conference. Ubisoft also is sending eight select Uplay members to E3, where they will interview teams backstage, preview fans' favourite games and provide video reports from the show floor. VG247 has learned that Sony is to announce a cloud gaming deal with either Gaikai or OnLive at E3, apparently allowing streamed games on PlayStation hardware. Details are light, but the news expected to be announced in the Sony press conference on June 4.

E3 is a great time for surprises, and wouldn’t it be great if LucasArts finally revealed Battlefront 3? Now I’m not saying they will, but when you get an invitation to come see an “unannounced game in development,” you can’t help but be optimistic. So, being the curious lad that I am, asked whether or not this unannounced title would have lightsabers in it. The answer wasn’t confirmed, but it wasn’t denied either. There has been numerous posts about Battlefront 3 being in the works, then being canceled, so anything is possible.

LucasArts did confirm they were using the Unreal 3 engine for a couple of games; an aerial combat game being one of them. Maybe an X Wing vs Tie Fighter title is in the works? What do you guys think? How about a new Jedi Knight game?

Gre za preširok žanr, da bi ga označila za povprečnega in kot klon DMC-a.

Gre za žanr, kjer najmanjše razlike lahko pomenijo velike spremembe v gameplayu. Da je ravno klon od DMC-a, ne izgleda. Bolj se približa Ninja Gaidenu, saj gre za hitrejšo, bolj hitroprstno sekljačino, saj je Raiden bolj suh in okreten lik, morda celo najbolj podoben Bayonetti, ki je od istega razvijalca. Na prvi pogled je tudi Bayonetta ženski klon DMCa, a znalec ti bo znal povedati drugače.

Hkrati verjamem, da bo globine več kot dovolj. DMC je tudi povsem povprečen, če več ali manj tumbaš po kvadratku ali X-u na 360 kontrolerju, a višjo težavnost kot izbereš in bolj kot zahtevajo od tebe nasprotniki, bolj je odličen špil. MGR bo drugačen od svoje prvotne osnove, a ne dvomim, da bo špil zelo dober. Bo drugačen, ampak bo dober.

Evo en random IGN preview. Nič, kar bi me osebno pritegnilo na žalost. Mogoče Halo 4, ampak tam itak večinoma vemo kaj je za pričakovat. Zanimivo, da nihče nič ne govori o GTA V.

Mislim da ni, ampak so pri Rockstaru rekli, da se bojo po Max Paynu začeli bolj GTAju posvečat, tak da zdaj je idealen čas za kaj novih informacij po moje. No sej podobno je pri Forzi Horizon - razvijalci pravijo da bo, te večje strani pa nič. We'll see.

nekaj si pozabu... Rockstar od leta 2005 ne hodi na E3. Niti ne rabijo. Rockstar so večji kot E3. S takim spoštovanjem in ugledom kot ga imajo oni lahko samo releasajo nov trailer in vsak bo vedu zanj. Morda lahko pričakujemo kakšn video iz njihovga workshopa kjer bojo govorili o igri v njihovih znanih ,,rockstar diaries,, videih. Ne vem zkj nihče ne omeni dodatek za Skyrim in Elder scrolls online.

The live E3 broadcast begins on Monday, June 4th at 8:30pm Eastern/5:30pm Pacific with the PlayStation E3 2012 Press Conference and then they will continue the live broadcast through the rest of the week with live gameplay demos of upcoming PS3 and PS Vita games, over 25 to 30 new game demos in all! PlayStation will also be taking questions from Twitter and asking them to the developers so be prepared to tweet away.

The last couple of weeks leading up to E3 have been good for anyone that loves insider information. Today’s leak is the largest one yet, and comes from Microsoft. The people behind "Xbox" and "Xbox Live" will be revealing the Xbox Smart Glass tablet behind closed doors to a select group of people. In the official “Microsoft Confidential” presentation, they specifically noted this:

Xbox Smart Glass is a companion application for Xbox LIVE that will allow users to control their Xbox (e.g., transport controls, content discovery and search). The Xbox Smart Glass companion application will be optimized for Windows Tablets and Phones and also made available to iOS/Android Tablets and Phones.

Activities will be made available within the Xbox Smart Glass companion application. Activities will be tied to existing and new applications on Xbox (e.g., Zune Music will have an activity). We will demo Xbox Smart Glass experiences for nearly all of our major brand partners at E3 (existing plus new partners).

The Xbox Smart Glass companion application will have the ability to play video on Tablets/Phones and send the videos to Xbox to play on the TV.

Additionally, we will demo Xbox Smart Glass capabilities (see slide 12) but at no time will we show any video content playing on a Tablet/Phone device.
