Project CARS ali Community Assisted Racing Simulator bo simulacijska dirkalna videoigra, ki jo razvijajo pri Slightly Mad Studios. Na voljo bo za PC, SteamOS, Wii U, Xbox One in PS4. Podprta naj bi bila tudi Sonyjey Morhpeus ter Occulus Rift.

Na voljo naj bi bilo preko 60 licenčnih avtomobilov/dirkalnikov ter 35 stez, prvotno v sami igri oz. naknadno z DLC.

Prvi posnetki zaslona igre s PS4:

The first PlayStation 4 screenshots for Project Cars have been released by Slightly Mad Studios, and according to the developer, all shots were taken simply by “pausing the game and taking a screenshot.”

Project CARS will arrive on PC, PlayStation 4, Steam OS, Wii U and Xbox One starting in November. The racing game will also contain support for Oculus Rift, Project Morpheus, and 4K resolution.

Dirkalniki iz 24 ur Le Mansa bodo na voljo tudi v Project Cars.

Simply Mad Studios has revealed that vehicles from real-world 24 hour Le Mans manufacturers BMW, Renault, Bentley, Oreca, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi are coming to Project Cars.

"Get behind the wheel of these super-fast machines and participate in championships that will take you across the States and Europe and the iconic Le Mans 24 Hour race," says a post on the official site.

Wii U verzija igre je zamaknjena v zgodnji del 2015.

Jutri bi naj bilo uradno najavljeno, da je igra prestavljena na začetek 2015.

Razloga za to potezo sta 2:

1. "Primarily, this has come about because a couple of other big games have announced they are shipping around the same time as our planned first date," Garton continued, likely due to the close launch of Ubisoft's own racer The Crew, and possibly due to the rumoured November release of Grand Theft Auto 5 for PS4 and Xbox One.
   
2. "The other factor at play here which I'm sure most if not all of your are aware of is that the game is still lacking the fixes and polish it really deserves. We've been working extremely hard on tracking towards the original date, and could indeed have made it, but deep down we knew it wouldn't have resulted in the ultimate level of quality that we wanted.

Samo da ne bo na koncu taka polomija kot je z driveclubom

Močno dvomim da je lahko še huje kot pri Driveclubu.

Prestavljen izid igre je sedaj uraden. Nov datum izida pri nas je 20. marec 2015.

Hja. Ni 3x za reč da ne more biti huje. Driveclub so mesetarili in mesetarili in se bi. Pa se ko je izsel ni tak kot bi moral biti. Jest mislim da bo drugo leto ogromna gneča na začetku leta pri igrah za PS4. Mnogo prestavljenih titlov pa se prihajajocih. Trenutno me ne zanima igra si bom pa dotlej najbrz premislil. Tudi ker vsebuje Nirburgring

EDIT: Pa tud proti GTA V, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Far Cry 4, The Crew ne bo šlo. Drugo leto pa ne bo nič drugače.

Jest mislim da bo drugo leto ogromna gneča na začetku leta pri igrah za PS4. Mnogo prestavljenih titlov pa se prihajajocih.

EDIT: Pa tud proti GTA V, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Far Cry 4, The Crew ne bo šlo. Drugo leto pa ne bo nič drugače.
