O tem da ne bi imela sukalnika optičnih medijev so razmišljali tudi pri PS3...

Fizični mediji bojo mogli kr ostat po moje. Premalo je ljudi, ki so sposobni stvari poganjat in si nabavljat stvari samo preko interneta.

Kar se tiče pa tega dizajna pa morem rečt, da mi je kr povšeči. Nekak se mi sicer zdi, da ga pokonci ne bi blo mogoče postavit, se mi pa dopade diagonalno postavljena reža za dvdje. Ona linije preko zgornje strani not so much. Bomo videli kaj bo s tega nastalo.

Judge David Shaw, who’s currently overseeing a patent infringement lawsuit thrown at Microsoft by Motorola, has just recommended that the International Trade Commission ban the import of Xbox 360 consoles to the United States. The lawsuit has something to do with an argument over who invented wireless controllers (basically).

The ban would only apply to the 4GB and 250GB versions of the Xbox 360. Shaw has also advised the commission to issue a cease-and-desist order that bars the sale of units already in the States, and recommended that Microsoft pay a bond equal to 7% of the value of all unsold U.S. Xbox 360 inventory.

Microsoft tried to counter Shaw’s recommendations by noting that banning the 360 is bad for consumers, who would be left to choose between the PS3 and Nintendo Wii. Shaw, to his credit, drop-kicked that argument by claiming that enforcing intellectual property rights is more important than giving gamers a choice between what console to buy. Sony execs were probably rolling in the aisles.

None of this is final, of course. If Shaw’s decision does become final (which will take weeks), the whole issue will land on (seriously) Barack Obama’s desk—Obama will have 60 days to review the case. Assuming Microsoft doesn’t settle for some enormous, undisclosed sum

Uglavnem letos spet Microsoft zmagovalec z najvec ekskluzivami in novostmi, never before seen Halo 4 ki je res inovativen kot se nobena streljacina pred tem lahko bi rekli Shooter 2.0

Ne pa PS3 spet brez iger ze toliko casa je PS3 na trgu pa še kar brez iger samo blu-raye lahko poganja res konzola brez iger. In Multiplatformi pa vedno bolje na Xboxu delajo.

Cudno da nihče vec ne piše v to temo kje ste vsi xbox lastniki da potrdite moje izjave kot ste vcasih Travarjeve kje ste Triger, Mitko, Samotar, Relix itd aja zdaj Travarja ni vec a se se kar preganja PS3 lastnike na Ksi in piše bedarije v PS3 teme a so zdaj nova pravila??

Ne nisem na dober.si registriran ker kakor se spomnem so mi tukaj rekli da je Dober.si stran gnila in da so samo otroci na tisti strani. Samo zadnje case premisljujem da bi se registriral, ker grejo multiplatform in z lahkoto lahko recem da imajo vec članov več novic in da se nasplošno vec dogaja na tisti strani kot tukaj in se stran zelo dobro razvija in raste dober.si je Ksi ze prerasla ker roko na srce Ksi umira. Verjetno se lahko za to zahvalimo določenimi Adminom in seveda teh messiah Travar-ju. Samo mi je prav žalostno da ima neka otroška stran dober.si več članov kot Ksi ki je bila vcasih res top, ampak zgleda da admini na dober.si ne tolerirajo osebkov ala Travar kot tukaj .

Itak da ima Xbox najvec iger se jih je letos tudi najvec pokazal na E3 sploh ekskluziv.

Sony Pictures registers a slew of ‘Console War’ movie domain names

The next generation of console wars between Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft is set to begin as all three manufacturers are due to release a new console in the near future. Nintendo plans to release the Wii U in 2012, while the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720 are expected in 2013. Adding to the “war of consoles”, Sony Pictures has registered several domain names this week like ConsoleWarmovie.com (Whois) and TheConsoleWarmovie.com (Whois).

Nekaj ukradenih specifikacij PS4/Orbis-a, razvijaci že imajo orodja za novo konzolo:

PlayStation 4 development kits

Apparently the system is aiming to run 1080p games in full 3D but also remain “very affordable”. Here are the key points:

The dev kit appears to still be called Orbis with Sony, “not using the words ‘PlayStation 4′ in meetings”. It’s currently housed in a normal PC case.

There are four versions: “a previous version was essentially just a graphics card. The version shipping now is a ‘modified PC,’ and the third version, appearing in January, will be close to final spec. A final version will be delivered to developers ‘next summer’”.

“The hardware is based on ‘the AMD’s A10 APU series. An APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) is a combined CPU and GPU. The PS4′s APU is described as a ‘derivative’ of existing A10 hardware & based on A10 system and base platform. The dev kits have, ‘either 8Gb or 16Gb of RAM. Deduce from that what you will’”. It has a Blu-ray drive, WiFi, Ethernet, HDMI and a 256GB harddrive “as standard” (possibly solid state but unclarified).

Background downloading of updates and patches is now an option and the PS button now allows you to go anywhere on the system at any point. Buying DLC from the Store mid-game is the example given.

The report also highlights that just this past December, Sony's PS3 managed to surpass the number of Xbox 360s shipped worldwide (about 77 million vs. 76 million), despite the PS3 launching a year later.
