12. maja izide The Last of Us: Left Behind kot samostojna igra za PS3 in PS4! Do sedaj je bilo možno ta odličen DLC igrati samo, če si si lastil originalno igro. Igra bo stala €9.99/£7.99.

Še obrazložitev zakaj so se odločili narediti tudi samostojno igro iz DLCja:

There are two potential audiences for this. One would be people who traded up to PS4 without playing the DLC and not buying TLOUR. The other — which is who we are really trying to reach — are people new to PS4 and PlayStation in general who may want a taste of TLOU (via SP and MP) but don’t want to commit to full price. That’s why there’s an upgrade path.

Left Behind dodatek je že na voljo za vse, ki imajo originalno igro. Sedaj pa so ga naredili še kot samostojni dodatek (lahko ga igraš tudi če nimaš igre).

The Last of Us 2 je vedno bližje uradni najavi... Tokrat je igro izdal kar igralec Nolan North, ki je igral David-a v The Last of Us.

The celebrated voice actor was a guest on three Q&A panels at MetroCon.

In the Sunday panel alone, he provided some insight into the Hennig vs Naughty Dog story and even dropped a few hints about the direction Visceral’s Star Wars game is headed.

But before that panel was over, he just causally revealed that Naughty Dog is working on The Last of Us 2, not even stopping to worry if it has been previously announced.

North was answering a fan question about other projects he’s working on with the studio. He even joked that his character won’t return, because of what happened to it in the first game.

The release comes with the Gustavo Santaolalla-composed soundtrack for the game and the Left Behind DLC. Not only that, but the pack will also include ambient cues from the base game and the Left Behind DLC.

The soundtrack comes in a 180-gram boxed set, in four LP. The art is all original too, created by Olly Moss & Jay Shaw.

It will be available for $75 through Mondo this Wednesday, July 22.
